Directory

Directory listings are free.  Users can search by CCa2z subject, your expertise & country.  When users select a subject one of the available subject resources are suppliers.  Suppliers get to choose the category of subjects they can be associated with – they will then appear in the subject's resource as a supplier– see position below (green band).

If you are an advertiser you will move towards the top of the supplier directory listings.

Advertising

Advertising banners are available on the right hand margin and header - see position (green band)

• The top right-hand margin banner also displays on the header
• Position of banners rotate on page refresh – changing to a new header
• If maximum right-hand banners are exceeded, banner visibility rotates on refresh
• The banner and header are displayed on every page of the encyclopedia
• Advertisers also move towards the top of the subject supplier listings they have selected in the free directory

Sponsorship

Subjects can be sponsored by suppliers.  We are seeking best in class sponsors, who in turn wish to be part of the compilation of the finest and most extensive collection of call centre knowledge, tools and insight available on the web.

By choosing categories of subjects, the sponsor will appear on every subject page – which covers a number of resources;
