ACD Custom Reports

With any ACD or MIS reporting suite, you will find a plethora of reports available. Generally these are raw reports from the system, which then need to be manipulated by your analyst.

Whilst any skilled analyst will be able to import ACD reports into Excel, there is still much to do when complying reports at agent-level.

A way out of this is to design custom reports through your supplier. Custom reports are real-time or historical reports that have been literally customised from the raw or standard reports to produce your final formatted report. Whilst there are many advantages here, the biggest is being able to select real-time customised reports during the day to manage advisors live. This is something that generally doesn't happen in call centres due to the time taken to produce the reports.
