  • Rebuked for being 2 mins late for work but expected to stay 2 mins later if still on a call.
  • "Although we usually come in early for no pay, if we are a minute late, we automatically lose 15 minutes pay.  If we are still on calls at the end of our shift, we don't get any extra pay".The need to put your hand up to be released to visit the toilet.
  • "I have to make up time when I go to the toilet".
  • "We have to explain ourselves for spending too much time at the loo".
  • "I can't take an NVQ because we are not allowed off the phone"
  • "I had to complete a company survey, but had to do it in my own time".
