Night service is the out of hours treatment provided to your callers who phone when the contact centre is closed.
This can consist of a basic announcemnet of opening times right upto diversion to other sites. These can be own company or bureaux sites.
Callers may leave messages but this is not generally encouraged due to volumes being received.
In appropriate sectors emergency numbers may be provided for callers.
The night service will be written into scripts which open and close lines automatically.
