Intra-day management is key to any contact centre or real-time environment.  It refers to managing and reviewing the day in intra-day time segments.

The time segments can be any intra-day period from 15 minute intervals.  This can be reviewing intra-day forecasts against actuals to understand scheduling and service level performance.
