Historical Reports

Historical reports are reports run from the ACD or MIS software.

The report period can generally be any previous time segment except the current time segment. Historical reports summarise past performance and can generally be run for intra-day intervals, day, week or other previous period.

The reports can be run by agent, agent group or overall performance and are generally interrogated to improve performance and/or export into bespoke or custom reports.
