Call treatment refers to how a caller is treated having made a call.

In this sense it means was the call:

  • Answered
  • Queued until abandoned
  • Received busy signal or engaged tone due to no available trunks
  • Received night service (out of hours response)
  • Received music/message on hold whilst queuing
