Automated attendants combines voice processing with call routing.  The inbound call is answered by the auto attendant which offers a range of interactive touch-tone choices.

The choice selected directs the call to a answer group which maybe internal or external.

Press 1 for Customer Service

Press 2 for Cancellation

Press 3 for Sales
