Rostered Staff Factor (RSF)

Rostered Staff Factor (RSF) refers to the number of scheduled staff required to meet service level, non-demand work service levels and people activities etc.

The base staff number is the absolute number required to achieve the call centre service level.  Staff shrinkage occurs, such as, holiday, sickness, breaks, meetings and training and without an allowance for these, the base level would shrink below the service level requirement.
